PRINCIPAL

Aaron M. Pine, CCS, LEED-AP, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and Certification in Construction Technology from New York University. He is a professional member of the Construction Specifications Institute and has met all of CSI's qualifications for Certified Construction Specifier. Mr. Pine's prior association with a major international construction management group as a project manager and as assistant to its chief operating officer brings "hands on" field experience to Construction Specifications Inc., that is unique to the practice of Specification Consulting. His project experience encompasses preparation of specifications, coordination of construction activities, and management of quality assurance for major commercial, educational and institutional projects including governmental, medical, and multiple housing projects.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Ann Marciano, CCS, CCCA, received her Bachelor of Architecture degree fromthe University of Notre Dame. She is a professional member of the Construction Specifications Institute and has met all of CSI's qualifications for Certified Construction Specifier and Certified Construction Contract Administrator. Her project experience encompasses preparation of specifications for airport and railway facilities, commercial installations, educational and medical institutions, municipal projects, penal institutions, recreational facilities, and multiple housing projects.

ASSOCIATE

Tim Byrne, CSI, received his Bachelor of Art and Master of Architecture degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. He has been writing specifications for twenty two years, the last fifteen of them at Construction Specifications, Inc., where he works on many different project types, large and small, including numerous college and university projects. Prior to focusing on specification writing, he worked as a job captain and project manager in several architecture offices.
